Abstract
La ponéncia ens explica, des del punt de vista de la democracia cristiana un tema cabdal com és la relació entre nació i cos polític. Inspirat en el filòsof Jacques Maritain el text analitza, en primer lloc, algunes de les característiques de Factual model cspanyol, es a dir, l'cstat de les autonomies, i quin pes té Catalunya al si d'aquesta organització territorial. Un cop fet aixó, s'avalua la capacitat jurídica del poble de Catalunya a partir deis seus estatuts i s'intenta posar llum sobre les seves relacions tant amb l'Estat espanyol com amb la Unió Europea seguint algues de les idees fundacionals que Miguel Coll i Alentorn va expossar l'any 1963.
