Inflight internet provider Gogo's now giving passengers access to messaging apps without having to purchase Wi-Fi. The \messaging pass\'ll allow passengers to use apps like WhatsApp, Viber, Skype and iMessage for less than 3 bucks during their flights. Gogo says the pass's a low-bandwidth solution for passengers who don't necessarily need full web browsing, but just want to exchange messages with other app users on the ground. It can only be purchased on mobile devices and can be bought the same way as the Internet session. The service's currently available on all Gogo equipped planes for flights in the U.S. and Canada.
