Könyökízületi kórformák összehasonlító radiológiai vizsgálatai

Abstract
A könyökízületi dysplasia 4 féle manifesztációs formáját különítjük el a Nemzetközi Könyök Munkacsoport (International Elbow Working Group) besorolása alapján: izolált processus anconeus (UAP), fragmentált processus coronoideus medialis (FCP), humerus medialis condylusának osteochondrosisa (OCD), illetve a primer ízületi inkongruencia (INC). \nEzen elváltozások bármelyikének megléte kimeríti a könyökízületi dysplasia fogalmát, de nem ritka, hogy egyszerre több elváltozás is jelen van a könyökízületben. Ezen kórformák elsősorban közepes és nagytestű, nagy növekedési eréllyel rendelkező kutyafajtákban fordulnak elő. A hibás ízületi fejlődés alapvetően genetikai eredetű, de a súlyosságát a növekedés alatt az egyedet érő olyan környezeti hatások, mint a nem megfelelő táplálkozás, a nagy energiatartalmú táplálék túlzott bevitele, a fokozott mozgás, megnövekedett testtömeg tovább befolyásolhatja. \nA szakdolgozatom elkészítése során 2014 és 2016 között 3 fajta – német juhász, golden retriever és labrador retriever – 4-14 hónap közötti életkorban lévő 20-20 egyedeinél elvégzett összehasonlító radiológiai vizsgálatokat elemeztem könyökízületi dysplasia diagnosztika céljából.
