Abstract
This black and white photograph depicts a wagon loaded up with fossils. Two horses are harnessed to a wagon that is full of crates. One of the crates states, "For University of Alta, c/o G.F. Sternberg. Another crate states, "University of Alberta, Sternberg, Strathcona, Alberta" Two men stand at the pulley system on a tripod wearing field clothes. One man is pulling a chain on the pulley and the other man has his hand on the crate that is being lifted onto the wagon. Three more crates are on the ground next to the tripod pulley system. Prairie grass is in the foreground. Numbers are written below the photograph.
