Abstract
The objective of the present study is to demonstrate how decentralization management influences road interconnection for the benefit of the population of the district of my Peru The research is of the applied type, with an evaluative level and a non-experimental design since they have not been manipulated the variables of the study, the population made up a total of 56,370 inhabitants and the sample was represented by a total of 382 inhabitants. The survey technique was used and the instruments were the questionnaires that are attached to this document
