Bibliographic record
Abstract
-- ABSTRACT : This research begins with the renewal of a professional practice that combines various methods of somatic accompaniment through the practice of massage therapy, while relying on psychosocial skills. The study is rooted in a period of transformation that has led the researcher to question the methods she employs to adequately support clients who have experienced trauma and whose aftereffects manifest spontaneously in a somatic practice. To achieve this, the practitioner-researcher undertook a reflexive and exploratory approach, addressing both her professional practice and personal experiences. The objective is to identify and understand the factors that can contribute to the integration of certain aspects related to trauma as well as personal growth, while documenting her journey from this perspective. This qualitative research, conducted in the first person, adopts a heuristic methodology inspired by phenomenology. The collected data, derived from a research journal, explicitation interviews, and autobiographical narratives, are reflected upon considering the comprehensive and interpretative paradigm. Through an in-depth analysis of phenomena observed in relation to the issue, via a narrative of practice and life, the research enriches the practitioner in her professional approach. It generates meaning, highlights expertise, and produces knowledge that is shareable but not generalizable. This thesis also examines the scope and varied effects of a body-centered practice, aiming to encourage a dialogue between bodily experiences, emotions, and thoughts. The research includes the study of several concrete cases of reactions related to traumatic events observed during sessions, the analysis of the underlying mechanisms of such manifestations, as well as the approaches that can be beneficial when these occur within the context of a somatic practice. In summary, this research combines deep personal introspection with a professional quest to improve a somatic practice for clients who have experienced traumatic events. This thesis offers a nuanced reflection on the factors that can positively contribute to the processes of integration and fulfillment following trauma, while also highlighting the challenges and insights gained during this journey. -- Mot(s) clé(s) en anglais : Trauma ; Integration ; Fulfillment ; Somatic ; Accompaniment ; Practice research ; Body and trauma.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
