L’accès à l’égalité en emploi : rapport sectoriel sur les cégeps

Abstract
Ce rapport analyse les résultats des programmes d’accès à l’égalité en emploi implantés dans les 48 collèges publics d’enseignement général et professionnel du Québec assujettis à la Loi sur l’accès à l’égalité en emploi dans des organismes publics au terme de la première période d’implantation (qui varie selon le cégep entre novembre 2004 et mars 2008 et entre octobre 2010 et octobre 2012). Le rapport constate que tous les groupes visés même si la situation des femmes s’est améliorée, il y a eu très peu de progrès pour les minorités visibles et les minorités ethniques et aucun amélioration pour les Autochtones. La CDPDJ fait 21 recommandations aux cégeps afin qu’ils corrigent la sous-représentation de tous les groupes.
