Bakalářská práce se zabývá zpracováním projektové dokumentace nízkoenergetického rodinného domu ve městě Třebíč. Projekt a přílohy jsou zpracovány dle současně platných zákonů, vyhlášek a norem. Rodinný dům se nachází na parcele 375/40 v katastrálním území Týn u Třebíče. Objekt je dvoupodlažní tvaru "T" bez podsklepení. Rozměry domu jsou 13,1 x 11,1 m. Zastřešení domu je řešeno plochou střechou. Objekt je navržen ze systému Porotherm. Základové konstrukce tvoří prostý beton C16/20 a podkladní betonová deska tloušťky 150 mm. Přiložená seminární práce se zabývá tématem plochých střech.
