Abstract
Quatre conseillers pédagogiques du Cégep Limoilou nous présentent les principales caractéristiques du programme d’insertion professionnelle du personnel enseignant lié à sa Politique de gestion des ressources humaines et destiné aux professeurs détenant moins de deux ans d’expérience au Collège. En plus de contribuer au développement de l’identité professionnelle des participants, le programme donne l’occasion à ceux-ci de développer des outils d’apprentissage et d’évaluation de même que des approches d’enseignement et des stratégies de gestion de classe. En somme, l’enrichissement du cadre de référence guidant les pratiques des professeurs est au centre du programme et conduit ses participants à mieux jouer leur rôle auprès des étudiants.
