La compétition est très présente dans les secteurs de l'automobile, de la motocyclette et des \nproduits récréatifs. Un facteur important pour demeurer ou devenir une tête de file dans ce \nsecteur est de maintenir le niveau de la qualité du produit élevé face aux consommateurs et \nainsi garder une excellente réputation. La variété des véhicules ainsi que le niveau de \ncomplexité de ces derniers ont une tangente soutenue vers la hausse pour rencontrer les \nbesoins des consommateurs. Le fait d'assembler ces véhicules dans un mode de production \ndit «en modèle mixte», l'assembleur est exposé à faire des erreurs à cause de l'alternance des \nmodèles sur la ligne d'assemblage. \nLe présent mémoire propose une méthodologie originale de sélection d'anti-erreur pour \nsupporter les ingénieurs et les techniciens impliqués dans le développement de produit et \ndans la mise en production. Le but de cette méthodologie est d'aider l'assembleur à éviter des \nerreurs lors des étapes d'assemblage. La méthodologie se résume ainsi: \n• Priorisation des composants par une approche AMDEC/FMEA ou une analyse de \nl'historique des défaillances et des plaintes de clients; \n• Sélection des options d'anti-erreurs potentielles avec l'aide d'une liste des trente-six (36) \nanti-erreurs fréquemment utilisées dans l'industrie; \n• Calcul du coût global et de l'efficacité du niveau de qualité obtenu; \n• Sélection de la meilleure option d'anti-erreur tôt dans le processus de conception. \nLa méthodologie, nommée AEBRP, s'appuie fortement sur des fondements de base de la \nphilosophie du système de production Toyota et plus particulièrement du pilier JIDOKA. \nElle est établie en fonction des applications d'assemblage de produits récréatifs de BRP inc. \nmais peut être utilisée pour d'autres types de produits.
