Abstract
Tässä insinöörityössä käsitellään Alfa Solar-nestejäähdyttimen tukkiputken piippukoneinvestointia, mikä sisältää kustannusvertailun alihankinnan ja omatuotannon välillä eri toimipisteissä Alfa Laval Vantaa Oy:lle. Kuluvertailun laatimisen apuna käytetään kustannus-hyötyanalyysiä. Työssä esitellään tuotekehitysprojektin vaiheet ja teknisen kehityksen ideat.\nAlfa Solar-nestejäähdyttimet valmistetaan Alfa Laval Oy:n Vantaan tehtaalla. Insinöörityössä painotettiin piippuputken omatuotannon ja piippuputken alihankinnan kulurakenteellisen vertailun tärkeyttä, koska vertailua tullaan käyttämään päätettäessä lopullisista tuotantomallista valmiille lopputuotteelle. Mahdollisia parannuskeinoja ovat tuotantolinjan kehitys, piippuputken kuparirakenteen kehittäminen sekä materiaalivahvuuksien optimointi. Työ sisältää piippuputken mallien suunnittelun sekä mittauksen että dokumentoinnin.\nOpinnäytetyön investointitarkastelun apuvälineenä käytetään kustannushyötyanalyysiä (KHA). Se on investointipäätöksenteon apuväline.
