Abstract
Introduction : le Québec offre la possibilité aux patients traités par biothérapies par voie intraveineuse, de recevoir leur traitement dans une clinique de perfusion présente au sein même d une pharmacie communautaire. Notre objectif est de décrire et analyser ce modèle. Matériel et méthode : à l issue d une période d immersion de 3 mois au sein de cette structure nous décrivons au travers d une monographie, les différentes étapes chronologiques de la prise en charge d un patient au sein d une clinique de perfusion intégrée à une pharmacie communautaire. Résultats : le pharmacien joue un rôle joue central, en contact avec tous les intervenants de la prise en charge du patient (organisme de coordination, rhumatologue, médecin de famille). Il propose une prestation pharmaceutique globale intégrant des gestes (pharmacotechnie) à des services cognitifs (pharmacie clinique). Conclusion : le modèle Québécois n est aujourd hui pas transposable au système Français, ce principalement à cause de problèmes réglementaires. De plus, ce modèle n est pour l instant pas souhaitable d un point de vue éthique, du fait des potentiels conflits d intérêts entre le pharmacien gérant ce type de structure et les laboratoires pharmaceutiques partenaires.
