Abstract
FörordRapporten är resultatet av ett examensarbete som avslutning för civilingenjörsutbildningen i maskinteknik vid Lunds tekniska högskola.Arbetet har en omfattning av 30 hp och är utfört som ett samarbete mellan Alfa Laval och avdelningen för Industriell produktion.Studien har ingått i forskningsprojektet Sustainable Production Initiative, (SPI).Jag vill tacka mina två handledare Per Gabrielson, Alfa Laval och Jan-Eric Ståhl, Industriell produktion för kontinuerligt stöd och vägledning under arbetes gång.Dessutom vill jag rikta ett stort tack till de anställda vid företaget som ställt upp och hjälpt mig genomföra mitt arbete.Speciellt skulle jag även vilja tacka Kathrine Spang och Carl Nilsson som utfört projekt i samband med mitt arbete, där jag fått ta del av resultat och diskussioner.
