Abstract
La idea de este proyecto surge por la necesidad de comenzar a estudiar el biodiésel procedente de otro proyecto, Cooperativa Cowichan Bio-Diesel Co-op en Alberta, Canadá. Desde este proyecto se solicita realizar un estudio y una producción de muestras de biodiesel. Este proyecto se dedica a crear e introducir un nuevo mercado en la zona de Santa Fe en Ciudad de México. Este nuevo mercado es el biodiesel, el cuál se pretende que sea sustentable. Además, esta cooperativa se centraría en fomentar la empleabilidad de los jóvenes sin recursos económicos, apoyando el desarrollo local.
