Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar mediante una propuesta la alternativa de destino para la internacionalización de Industrias y Negocios Piccoli S.R.L., con ayuda de la herramienta de criterios básicos de selección de mercado mejor conocido como CRIBAS, la cual se dividió en dos etapas y se seleccionó los siete paises como Estados Unidos, Chile, China, Canada, Japón, Suiza y Arabia Saudita , los cuales consumieron el producto de licores en crema peruano en los ultimos cinco años, de igual manera se utilizó fuente secundaria como paginas web de la SUNAT, Trade map, Comtrade, entre otros. \nPara la elaboracion de esta investigación primero se realizo un análisis general de la empresa, con ayuda del análisis FODA , la matriz de evalucación externa e interna y la ponderación de estrategia, para conocer la situación de la empresa a nivel interno y externo, y a la vez saber que estrategia es la mas indicada para su ejecución. \nFinalmente con ayuda del CRIBAS se obtuvo como país ganardor Estados Unidos, por lo cual se estableció un directorio de posibles clientes internacionales que podria conciderar la empresa.
