Abstract
El proyecto tiene como objetivo establecer una planta procesadora de arándanos para aprovechar el creciente mercado internacional de esta fruta. El arándano es reconocido por su demanda en el extranjero, de este modo está orientado a fin de exportar a Novoa Scotia, Canadá. Asimismo, la planta procesadora se ubicará estratégicamente en el departamento de La Libertad, ya que cuenta con condiciones climáticas favorables, del mismo modo se encontrará cerca a zonas de cultivo de arándanos para minimizar los costos de transporte y garantizar una cadena de suministro eficiente. Por otro lado, la inversión para la planta procesadora incluirá la adquisición de maquinaria y equipos modernos para el procesamiento, clasificación y envasado de los arándanos, así como se implementarán estrictos estándares de calidad y seguridad alimentaria para asegurar la producción de productos de alto nivel y cumplir con las regulaciones internacionales. Finalmente, se espera que el proyecto genere empleo en la región, brindando oportunidades de trabajo a la población local y contribuyendo al desarrollo económico de la zona. Además, se fomentará el desarrollo sostenible y se promoverán prácticas agrícolas respetuosas con el medio ambiente.
