Abstract
Rakennustyömaiden koventuneet laatuvaatimukset ovat vaikuttaneet niin, että laadun-varmistamisesta on tullut entistä tärkeämpää työmaakohteissa. \nOpinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli kerätä tietoa kerrostalotyömaan sisävalmistusvaiheen laadunvarmistusmatriisin keskeisimmistä asioista ja kertoa, mikä laadunvarmistusmatriisi on ja mihin sitä käytetään. Lisäksi työn tavoitteena oli käydä läpi sisävalmistusvaiheen tärkeimmät työvaiheet, joilla luodaan edellytykset oikeanlaiseen laadunvarmistukseen kerrostalon sisävalmistuksen osalta. \nOpinnäytetyön laadinnassa aineistona käytettiin rakennusalan kirjallisuutta, lehtiä, lain-säädäntöä ja ohjeistuksia sekä internetistä haettua tietoa. Kerrostalotyömaan sisävalmis-tusvaiheen laadunvarmistusmatriisin sisältö rajautui Rakennustoimisto V.O. Mattila Oy:n työpäällikkö Ville Välkkilän kanssa käydyissä palavereissa.\nOpinnäytetyön tuloksena syntyi Rakennustoimisto V. O. Mattila Oy:lle kerrostalotyömaan sisävalmistusvaiheen laadunvarmistusmatriisi, joka valmistui yhtiön tämän hetkiseen tarpeeseen. \nLaadunvarmistusmatriisi helpottaa ja parantaa kerrostalotyömaan sisävalmistusvaiheen laadunvalvontaa ja laadunvarmistamista. Laadunvarmistusmatriisi toimii myös hyvänä muistilistana eri työvaiheiden osalta.
