Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem rekonstrukce rodinného domu ve snaze přiblížit se „blízko nulové budově“. Pro daný rodinný dům byly vypočteny celkové tepelné ztráty společně s výpočtem nákladů na provoz domu a také energetická náročnost budovy. Poté následují návrhy jednotlivých způsobů zateplení domu (výměna oken, dveří a vrat, zateplení obvodových stěn, střechy a stropu do podkroví) a návrh nového technického zařízení budovy (nucené větrání se zpětným získáváním tepla, fovotoltaický systém a tepelné čerpadlo). Dále při rekonstrukci došlo k posouzení vhodnosti původní otopné soustavy, a také k analýze energetické náročnosti pro zrekonstruovanou budovu. Pro jednotlivé způsoby rekonstrukce bylo vypočítáno ekonomické zhodnocení se započítáním dotace od programu Nová zelená úsporám. V závěru celé práce je provedeno ekonomické zhodnocení celé navrhované rekonstrukce společně s posouzením, jakého domu jsme, z pohledu energetičnosti, dosáhli.
