Das Thema Forschungsdatenmanagement gewinnt zunehmend an Bedeutung. Die Entwicklung und Implementierung von disziplinspezifischen Lösungen für die Wissenschaft und Forschung sind essentiell, um die großen Herausforderungen, die sich in diesem Bereich ergeben, zu bewältigen. Innerhalb dieses Entwicklungsprozesses können auch Bibliotheken neue Aufgaben übernehmen, um sich als leistungsstarker Partner für die Wissenschaft zu positionieren. Die Bibliothek des Deutschen Krebsforschungszentrums hat in Kooperation mit den Wissenschaftlern „maßgeschneiderte“ Lösungen in diesem Kontext entwickelt, um adäquate Unterstützung anbieten zu können.
