Abstract
College) in 1950 by the Hokkaido Prefecture Government, and since its establishment, has produced a total of about 6,000 graduates from the School of Medicine and the School of Health Sciences. Many now active on the front line of healthcare services and medical research in Hokkaido and are contributing to the improvement of healthcare and welfare in Hokkaido. In addition, Sapporo Medical University has established medical exchange programs with universities in Finland, Canada, China and the U.S.A, promoting exchange activities between researchers and students, and has provided internationally-oriented human resources, at all times striving to apply the results of this research to improve health services in the rural areas of Hokkaido.Furthermore, to improve the health and welfare of people throughout the world, we are actively engaged in sending our researchers to developing countries and inviting trainees from overseas to do research at our institution. With the goal of furthering these services, Sapporo Medical University aims to produce high-quality healthcare professionals, to maintain and enhance high levels of research and to return the benefits of this research to the rural areas. We hope this pamphlet provides researchers at home and abroad with an opportunity to collaborate with us and contribute to the improvement of community health.

Full frame machine prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
