Abstract
Las producciones radiofónicas denominadas Radio para la democracia vol. V son una iniciativa producida por la Prosecretaría Académica en articulación con la asignatura Práctica Integradora I de la Facultad de Periodismo y Comunicación Social; en el marco de la celebración de los 40 años de democracia ininterrumpida en Argentina. En este sentido y en consonancia con los contenidos curriculares, los/as estudiantes de la asignatura, a cargo de la docente Jimena Espinoza, pudieron explorar y producir nuevos conocimientos en relación a dicho hecho central de la vida institucional del país. Este podcast aborda un hecho significativo ocurrido el 25 de septiembre de 1985, cuando se aprobó la Ley 23.264 de patria potestad compartida, reconociendo la igualdad de hombres y mujeres en la tutela de los, las y les hijes. En ese momento la ley se modificó después de mucha lucha y significó un antes y después en los movimientos feministas de la época porque jerarquizó la posición de la mujer en el matrimonio al igualar más derechos.
