[ES] La idea del proyecto está basada en la utilización de unos módulos de 12x12m desplazándose entre si tanto en la cota 0 como en altura. Se han implantado en la parcela disminuyendo las conexiones del barrio al río Turia, creando patios interiores con forma de claustro, y relacionados al lugar mediante la conexión de sus alturas con los edificios colindantes.
