Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá simulací rozběhu Lavalova rotoru uloženého v nelineárních vazbách. První část práce se zabývá rešeršní studií, která je zaměřena jak na popis Lavalova rotoru a pohybové rovnice pro případ tuhého a pružného rotoru, tak na popis a možnosti modelování hydrodynamických a magnetických ložisek, která byla pro práci vybrána. Druhá část práce je věnována simulacím rozběhu rotoru pro různé přístupy modelování hydrodynamických a magnetických ložisek. Pomocí simulací provedených v časové oblasti je vyhodnoceno a porovnáno dynamické chování Lavalova rotoru. Simulace jsou provedeny v MATLABu.
