Abstract
Située à quarante kilomètres en aval de Québec, Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré est un important lieu de pèlerinage nord-américain depuis plus de trois siècles. Consacré à la mère thaumaturge de la Vierge Marie, sa renommée s’étend dans la vallée du Saint-Laurent dès le milieu du XVIIe siècle, puis au-delà, faisant converger les pèlerins vers l’un ou l’autre des cinq lieux de culte construits successivement dans la paroisse.
