Selkokielinen imetysopas Helsingin kaupungin neuvoloiden asiakkaille

Abstract
Tämän opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli tuottaa imetysopas huonosti suomea ymmärtäville ja puhuville maahanmuuttajaperheille Helsingin kaupungin neuvoloiden käyttöön. Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli tehdä helposti luettava ja ymmärrettävä imetysopas, joka sisältää ajantasaista ja luotettavaa tietoa imetyksestä. Tavoitteena oli lisätä huonosti suomen kieltä ymmärtävien ja puhuvien perheiden tietoa imetyksestä. \n \nToteutimme opinnäytetyön toiminnallisena opinnäytetyönä, johon kuuluu opinnäytetyöraportti sekä opas. Opas sisältää tietoa imetyksestä ja sen vaikutuksista, imetyssuosituksista, äidinmaidon koostumuksesta sekä imetysasennoista. Oppaan sisällön toteutimme opinnäytetyöraportin teoreettisen viitekehyksen pohjalta. Teoreettinen viitekehys perustuu luotettaviin sähköisiin ja kirjallisiin lähteisiin, joiden valinnassa on käytetty lähdekritiikkiä. Haimme tietoa painetuista julkaisuista sekä säh-köisistä julkaisuista, joita keräsimme eri tietokannoista kuten PubMED-tietokanta, Duodecim Terveysportti -tietokanta, Medic-tietokanta, Google Scholar sekä Finna.fi. \n \nOpasta arvioivat sekä kohderyhmään kuuluvat huonosti suomen kieltä ymmärtävät ja puhuvat äidit (n=5) sekä työelämäyhteiskumppani. Kohderyhmälle teimme strukturoidun palautelomakkeen ja työelämäyhteistyökumppanilta saimme avointa suullista sekä kirjallista palautetta. \n \nSaavutimme opinnäytetyölle asettamamme tavoitteet ja saimme työelämäkumppanilta hyvää palautetta oppaasta. Tulevaisuudessa opasta voi hyödyntää imetysohjauksen tukena.
