Abstract
Since early 2014, the Iowa Department of Public Health’s (IDPH) Bureau of Family Health (BFH) and the \nOral Health Center (OHC), along with partners at the University of Iowa Division of Child and Community \nHealth (UI-DCCH) collaborated to conduct the five-year Needs Assessment (NA) for the FFY2016 Title V \nMaternal and Child Health Block Grant.
