Abstract
Nghiên cứu được thực hiện nhằm xác định các giai đoạn của vi nhân giống bao gồm nhân, ra rễ, thuần dưỡng và trồng thử nghiệm ngoài đồng. Nghiên cứu gồm hai phần là trong phòng thí nghiệm và ngoài đồng. Thí nghiệm trong phòng xác định các yếu tố ảnh hưởng trên sự nhân chồi, ra rễ. Thí nghiệm ngoài đồng nhằm xác định các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến sự thuần dưỡng và đánh giá sự sinh trưởng thông qua mô hình canh tác. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy rằng cấy hoa huệ trắng đạt được hệ số nhân giống cao. Ra rễ tốt trên môi trường có bổ sung atonik đặt trong trong điều kiện ánh sáng tự nhiên (120 àmol.mư-2.s-1). Trong giai đoạn thuần dưỡng, cây huệ trắng đã được nuôi cấy trong môi trường có atonik thích nghi tốt. Trong mô hình canh tác cho thấy rằng cây huệ trồng từ cây cấy mô sinh trưởng và phát triển rất tốt, bắt đầu ra hoa sau khi trồng năm tháng, cho năng suất và phát hoa có chất lượng cao. Sâu bệnh gây hại tương đối ít, không đáng kể.
