Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou a využitím rejstříku dobrovolných svazků obcí. V teoretické části je práce zaměřena na definování spolupráce obcí, konkrétně na dobrovolné svazky obcí, a možnosti financování veřejných investic. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou rejstříku dobrovolných svazků obcí Jihomoravského kraje, která byla součástí specifického výzkumu. Poté jsou porovnány možnosti financování vybraného projektu samostatnou obcí a využitím institutu dobrovolného svazku obcí.
