S’intégrant au contexte d’expérimentation d’une aire protégée polyvalente du gouvernement du Québec, dans la réserve faunique Mastigouche (RFM), notre projet s’intéresse à la conservation de l’intégrité écologique des milieux aquatiques. En effet, les milieux aquatiques sont sensibles à l’aménagement forestier, notamment à cause du réseau routier. Dans ce contexte, le projet de recherche se propose de développer un cadre de référence, à l’échelle des bassins versants, propice à la gestion exemplaire des milieux aquatiques dans une aire protégée polyvalente. Pour cela, une revue de littérature et des rencontres avec des experts ont été réalisées pour cibler et valider les enjeux principaux. Cette méthodologie nous a permis de définir le cadre de référence pour un aménagement durable des bassins versants forestiers (ADBVF) sous la forme de valeurs, de critères et d’éléments. Enfin, une validation sous la forme d’application du cadre pour l’ADBVF a été réalisée sur le terrain de la RFM.
