Abstract
L’espace économique québécois bouge considérablement dans ses territoires, malgré la faible démographie et la croissance économique limitée des deux dernières décennies. Cette mouvance n’a rien d’exceptionnel par ailleurs, puisque la dynamique spatioéconomique actuelle s’exprime fortement aussi aux échelles continentale et mondiale. Ce rapport de recherche porte sur les ancrages territoriaux de la dynamique spatioéconomique contemporaine du Québec. Il esquisse une problématique du phénomène concerné par l’occupation territoriale contemporaine. Il présente et schématise une réalité, une fresque globale capable de jeter un éclairage sur le contexte de concurrence, d’interdépendance et de complémentarité entre les divers territoires ruraux, urbains, métropolitains, nordiques, côtiers qui forment le Québec.
