Abstract
En este Trabajo de Fin de Grado pretendo estudiar la viabilidad de proyectar las instalaciones hidráulicas (agua fría, agua caliente y saneamiento) en dos edificios de tipologías y tamaños distantes mediante la metodología BIM, específicamente desde Revit 2018. \nTras realizar el levantamiento arquitectónico de los dos edificios en Revit, se investigan los primeros pasos y configuraciones necesarias para iniciar el trazado de las instalaciones. Las familias de elementos que posee el programa, al igual que las que proporcionan los fabricantes pueden no coincidir con las necesarias para un proyecto propio y estudiaré si es posible modificarlas. \nTras ello, se proyectan las instalaciones en Revit y analizo la documentación que permite extraer del modelo 3D. \nFinalmente valoraré los problemas y beneficios, si los hubiera, de trabajar con metodología BIM.
