Abstract
Opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli tuottaa kaksijaksoinen podcast monisuhteisten asiakkaiden sensitiivisestä kohtaamisesta sosiaali- ja kirkon aloilla. Opinnäytetyön tavoite oli lisätä monisuhteisten asiakkaiden sensitiivisen kohtaamisen valmiuksia sosiaali- ja kirkon alan ammattilaisilla ja opiskelijoilla. \n \nOpinnäytetyön tavoitteeseen päästiin toteuttamalla työ kehittämispainotteisesti, podcastin keinoin. Kehittämisprosessiin kuului ideoinnin ja suunnittelun lisäksi podcastin toteutus editointeineen ja jaksojen julkaisu Spotifyssä. Avoimin mielin, ammattilainen! -podcastin jaksoja on kaksi. Molempien jaksojen yksittäinen pituus on 27 minuuttia. \n \nJaksoissa keskustellaan Polyamoria-monisuhteisuusyhdistyksen puheenjohtajan Markus Ojan kanssa monisuhteisuuden perusasioista sekä diakonissa Anne Matilaisen kanssa monisuhteisen asiakkaan sensitiivisestä kohtaamisesta ja kirkollisesta näkökulmasta monisuhteisuudesta. Jaksot ovat informatiivisia, mutta keskustelevia. Jaksot on tehty suomen kielellä. \n \nPodcast oli innostava viestintäkeino myös ammatillisen informaation jakamiseen. Monisuhteisten asiakasryhmän näkyvyyden lisääminen ja perustietouden jakaminen monisuhteisuudesta oli tarpeellista. Podcast tulee lisäämään sosiaali- ja kirkon alojen ammattilaisten ja opiskelijoiden tietoutta monisuhteisuudesta sekä reflektiota sensitiivisestä kohtaamisesta.
