Abstract
Durant plus de quinze mois, entre 1997 et 1999, des géographes de lʼUniversité de Lausanne et de lʼUniversité «Al.I. Cuza» de Iasi ont travaillé sur le thème de la construction dʼinformations territoriales pertinentes sur la Roumanie.Le projet 1 , financé par la Confédération Suisse dans le cadre dʼun programme de Coopération en science et recherche avec les pays dʼEurope de lʼEst et des Nouveaux États Indépendants, outre les échanges méthodologiques et la mise au point technique dʼun système de communication cartographique pour la Roumanie à lʼéchelle de ses 2'948 communes, a permis de proposer une réflexion théorique plus globale sur les problèmes et les enjeux de la communication des territoires et spécifiquement des espaces roumains.
