Abstract
In this research work, a study was carried out for the installation of a photovoltaic system, using the necessary tools and security measures. The necessary data was collected (load center, CFE meter review), electricity consumption and billing were analyzed. In addition to analyzing the data obtained from energy consumption in a certain period, using the PVWatts software to evaluate solar radiation and thus estimate the photovoltaic system that should be installed to achieve good energy savings. The technical proposal included 6 Canadian Solar solar panels of 550 Watts each, a 4 kW Huawei inverter and other components, with an annual generation of approximately 5,628.51 kWh. The necessary procedures were detailed with the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE), in which a budget of $106,227.00 pesos was presented, with a projected return on investment in 2.21 years. The strategy includes changing the DAC (High consumption) rate in 3 to 4 bimonthly periods. The study, the acquisition process, procedures, installation and testing were carried out with accuracy.Clarifying that the project not only seeks to save energy by using photovoltaic panels, but also to promote the sustainability of the community where said installation is made.
