Abstract
»-- \n« This study aims to better understand the behavior of hydrogeological flow path in a flysch rock mass near a natural rock face and the geomorphological dynamics associated with spring occurrence in the geological and climatic conditions of northern Gaspésie. To achieve this, we (1) analyzed the hydraulic gradient near a rock face and (2) characterized the hydraulic et structural features of the rock aquifer. The study site chosen for the data acquisition is an erosion notch in which groundwater seeps on the rock face located near Gros-Morne in northern Gaspésie. Four observation wells were drilled near the rock face upstream of the spring in the notch and were instrumented with water level loggers. Groundwater level fluctuations were monitored continuously from June 2019 to December 2020. Furthermore, packer slug tests and well logging (optical televiewer, caliper, gamma ray, magnetic susceptibility) were performed in the wells to characterize the rock aquifer. For the same purpose, structural surveys were also carried out directly on the rock face by abseiling down which offers a unique point of view. The results obtained show that the hydraulic gradient is lower towards the spring in the notch than towards the rock face on either side and that the permeability of the rock mass tends to increase when approaching the rock face. No significant hydraulic conductivity contrasts were identified from the data acquired in the wells. With the relatively homogeneous structure at the scale of the rock mass due to the high density of discontinuities observed on the rock face and in the wells, it seems unlikely that a convergence of groundwater flow can explain the occurrence of seepage in notches in the context this study. Overall, the results led us to propose a conceptual model to explain the interaction between hydrogeological flow and the geomorphological evolution of rock faces in the geological and climatic context of northern Gaspésie based on paraglacial dynamics.-- Mots clés en anglais : groundwater spring, hydrogeology, rock face, flysch, paraglacial geomorphology, water table drawdown. »--

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
