Abstract
Araştırma, 2017-2018 öğretim yılında Tekirdağ İli ve İlçelerinde bulunan Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı‟na bağlı 65‟i devlet, 14‟ü özel okul olmak üzere 79 ortaokulda gerçekleştirildi. Okullarda görevli 207 Fen Bilgisi Öğretmenine çoktan seçmeli sorulardan oluşan bir anket uygulandı. Araştırmada kullanılan 5‟li likert olarak hazırlanmış anket araştırmacı tarafından yapılmış olup pilot uygulama sonucunda geçerlilik ve güvenirliği sağlandıktan sonra kullanılmıştır. 44 sorudan oluşan anketin ilk 4 sorusu bireyin kişisel bilgileri ile ilgili olup kalan 40 soru Eğitim Bilişim Ağı ve Teknoloji ile ilgilidir. Fen Bilgisi Öğretmenlerinden anket yoluyla elde edilen verilerin tümü istatistik programı yardımıyla analiz edildi. Betimsel istatistiklerde frekans, yüzde, standart sapma, aritmetik ortalama ve t testi uygulandı. \nAraştırma sonucunda Türkiye‟nin batısında bulunan Tekirdağ ilinin, devlet okullarının genelinde öğrenci ve öğretmenlere çok fazla olanaklar sunulmasına rağmen, halen bazı okullarda etkileşimli tahta eksiği bulunmaktadır. Öğretmenlerin çok azı ellerinde imkânlar olmasına rağmen kendini geliştirmek yerine her şeyi başkalarından hazır beklemektedir. Bunlardan birkaçı hata yapmaktan endişe duymakta, kalan kısmı da zamanını harcamaktan kaçınmaktadır. \nAraştırmaya katılan öğretmenlerin çoğu Eğitim Bilişim Ağı ve teknolojiyi daha etkili kullanmak için okullarda tanıtım, teşvik ve hizmet içi eğitim desteği verilmesini istemektedir. Öncelikle devlet tarafından okullarda eksik olan etkileşimli tahta ihtiyacı \ntamamlanıp, öğretmenleri Eğitim Bilişim Ağını kullanımı konusunda teşvik çalışmalarına ağırlık verilmelidir. Bu uygulamalar bir kere değil düzenli olarak devam ettirilmelidir. Bu şekilde gelişen teknoloji ve uygulamalarda kalıcılık sağlanabilir.
