Abstract
El present treball estudia l’analogia hidro-gasdinàmica entre l’ona de xoc que es crea en el flux compressible de l’aire i el ressalt hidràulic que es pot formar en el flux incompressible de l’aigua. El projecte ha constat d’un extens anàlisi teòric i pràctic, del qual l’objectiu ha sigut provocar un ressalt hidràulic experimentalment, tant normal com obliquo, a través d’un equip dissenyat i, detectar les seves similituds amb l’ona de xoc estudiada. El disseny del muntatge experimental, anomenat “taula d’aigua”, ha sorgit de voler proporcionar una alternativa a l’estudi experimental de la dinàmica del flux compressible, degut als alts costos que comporta un túnel de vent supersònic. Per això, s’ha implementat un canal d’aigua que permetés al flux adquirir el règim supercrític i a través d’un ressalt hidràulic desaccelerar-se fins al subcrític. A més, per a desenvolupar la solució més òptima s’han considerat varies alternatives de disseny, avaluades amb els criteris ambiental, econòmic, funcional i estètic. El factor del cost ha sigut determinant per a la selecció final. Els resultats obtinguts han mostrat que els elements més significatius i influents en la formació d’un ressalt hidràulic de la instal·lació experimental dissenyada han sigut la geometria de la tovera Laval i la de les cunyes pensades com a obstacles per a la provocació d’obliqüitat del ressalt.
