Estudo da etiologia da doença associada às perdas de plantas de brócolo em condições de campo: os casos do Ribatejo e do Alentejo
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Para perceber a sua origem e etiologia, analisou-se também a presença de microorganismos, nos solos, nas plantas de viveiro e na água de rega, tendo-se concluido que na sua origem poderia estar a água e as plântulas, pois ambas mostraram estar infetadas com os fungos causadores de doença; ABSTRACT: Evaluation of the etiology of the disease associated to the losses of broccoli plants in field conditions: The case studies of Ribatejo and Alentejo In this work, the occurrence of disease in the broccoli culture and its possible origin was analysed in two plots of each region: Ribatejo (Praias and Álamos) and Alentejo (Quartijos and Herdade da Canada). Symptomatic broccoli plants were collected during their vegetative cycle and, from them, 27 different fungi were isolated and molecularly identified. Of these, only 3 genera are known to be associated with diseases described for the crop, as is the case of Alternaria and Fusarium, with 37% and 33% of isolates respectively, and Rhizoctonia solani in both forms, with one isolate of each. The region of Ribatejo (Álamos), showed a higher incidence of disease. To understand its origin and aetiology, soils, nursery plants and irrigation water were also tested for the presence of microorganisms, showing that the source of the disease might be either water or seedlings, as both were infected with disease-causing fungi.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.

machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
