Abstract
Análisis comparativo de diferentes propuestas de rehabilitación energética de fachadas de ladrillo visto del siglo XX, en edificios de viviendas en la ciudad de Valladolid. \nPara su realización se ha seleccionado un número de edificios, los cuales han sido agrupados en cinco tipos, en función su contexto histórico y de su sistema constructivo. Posteriormente y según los parámetros establecidos en el Documento Básico HE 1 del Código Técnico de la Edificación, se han realizado cálculos energéticos para cada uno de los cinco tipos, obteniéndose los valores de transmitancia y comprobándose la presencia de condensaciones y puentes térmicos. \nFinalmente, se han comparado estos valores, con el objetivo de encontrar las propuestas más adecuadas para cada tipología de fachada.
