Estructuración para coworking de una vivienda tradicional del barrio de Campanar
Bibliographic record
Abstract
[EN] This Bachelor’s Thesis stems as a result of the cooperation project agreement signed by the City Council of Valencia, the Polytechnic University of Valencia and the Campanar Neighbourhood Association. The main purpose of this project has been the refurbishment and proposal of change of use of an existing building in the old quarter of Campanar. For the change of use, it has been considered an idea that serves to provide the building, presently unoccupied and set in attractive surroundings, with an interesting project and that help to protect it from the damage of time. A detailed construction study has been carried out in order to produce a pathological assessment and therefore to be able to carry out an intervention proposal to repair the existing pathologies. Finally, it has been decided to devote the existing building to a shared workspace environment known as "Coworking", a new widespread trend in the Unitated States amongst freelance workers which is starting to become popular in Spain.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
