Prendendo spunto dal rinvio alle Camere delle Legge Amati da parte del Presidente della Repubblica nell'ottobre 2017, l'articolo esamina la conformità della normativa italiana rispetto al diritto internazionale in materia di mine anti-uomo e delle bombe a grappolo. Offrendo un'analisi giuridica della normativa nazionale relativa a tali tipologie di armamento, l'articolo conclude per il mancato adeguamento dell'ordinamento italiano alle Convenzioni di Oslo e di Ottawa che stabiliscono a carico degli Stati parti precisi obblighi.
