Diplomová práce se zabývá hybridními systémy, které se stále více uplatňují v oblasti technických zařízení budov. Cílem práce je tyto systémy popsat z hlediska jejich technologie, účinnosti, efektivity, dopadu na životní prostředí a možností inovace do budoucna a u konkrétního rodinného domu vypracovat projekt vytápění a větrání na úrovni rozšířené dokumentace pro vydání stavebního povolení. Diplomová práce je tedy rozdělena do dvou částí, na studii a projekt.
