RESUMEN: El turismo de series es uno de los más influyentes en la última década, en el cual un destino se ve influenciado por el rodaje de una serie. Hoy en día las Film Commission de cada país se ponen en contacto con las productoras de cine para que sus lugares más espectaculares aparezcan en las escenas de una película famosa o de una serie. Utilizan el cine y las series como promoción turística directa de un lugar concreto el cual los espectadores ven en la televisión para más tarde querer ir a conocerlo en persona
\nEn el siguiente Trabajo de Fin de Grado se estudia el impacto turístico que ha tenido la serie Juego de Tronos sobre un lugar en concreto llamado San Juan de Gaztelugatxe. La serie ha batido records de audiencia en todo el mundo por lo que el impacto en un territorio tan pequeño y con una población bastante reducida ha sido muy grande. Turistas de todo el mundo están llegando al País Vasco no solo para visitar el famoso Guggenheim, sino también para ver la ermita de San Juan que ha aparecido en una serie conocida en todo el mundo.
