Abstract
A traditional stone cottage, with thatched roof in County Wicklow, Ireland. The cottage is fronted by a low stone wall, and two boys can be seen sitting on the wall near the front gate, wearing caps, jackets, and short pants, leaving their legs and feet bare. A little beyond the gate is a horse-drawn cart, with driver, and a small black cat can be seen walking near it. The road curves in front of the cottage and disappears in the direction of another cottage set at the top of a small rise. Fence posts are visible along a ridge in the distance.
