Abstract
Introducció: Els pacients diagnosticats amb dermatitis atòpica conviuen amb unes condicions dermatològiques que poden desenvolupar una afectació psicològica. Per això, aquesta tipologia de pacient es pot trobar en situacions on requereixi d’ajuda per afrontar la seva malaltia. Avui dia el sistema no aconsegueix donar suport i pot haver un augment de l’estrès i l’ansietat arribant a situacions d’ideació suïcida. \nObjectius: En aquest treball, l’objectiu principal és determinar si existeix relació entre la dermatitis atòpica i els indicis suïcides. \nMetodologia: Es du a terme una revisió de la bibliografia segons Arskey a les bases de dades de PubMed, Cinhal i PsycInfo en els últims 15 anys amb limitacions de llengua (català, castellà i anglès). S’ha utilitzat l’escala de Newcastle-Ottawa Scale (NOS) i l’escala ROBIS per valorar la qualitat dels articles seleccionats i el risc de biaix. \nResultats: S’han obtingut 104 articles de les tres bases de dades fetes servir i després d’extreure els duplicats i aplicar els criteris d’inclusió s’han seleccionat 21 articles. Aquests han sigut analitzats observant els factors associats com el gènere, la situació socioeconòmica, l’ansietat, la depressió, el son i el descans, entre d’altres. \nConclusions: Les dades obtingudes de la revisió sistematitzada afirmen l’associació de la dermatitis atòpica i els indicis suïcides. Es necessari continuar investigant per poder aconseguir plans de cures que previnguin aquestes situacions.
