Abstract
Tämä opinnäytetyö käsittelee pääosin kiertuemanagerin toimenkuvaa sekä venäläistä bisneskulttuuria. Lisäksi selvitetään mitkä kulttuuriseikat vaikuttavat bisneskulttuuriin. \n \nToimin kiertuemanagerina venäläiselle Solerrain–yhtyeelle heidän Suomen kiertueel- laan marraskuussa 2012. Henkilökohtainen työkokemus inspiroi tekemään aiheesta opinnäytetyön. Työn muina apuvälineinä käytettiin kirjallisuutta sekä venäläisten kans- sa paljon työskentelevien musiikkialan ammattilaisten Mike Lynchin ja Juha Mattilan haastatteluja. \n \nEsitin haastateltujen vastaukset heti asiaa koskevan teorian jälkeen, jotta lukeminen olisi helpompaa ja lukija voisi vertailla teoriaa sekä käytännön kokemuksia keskenään. Li- säämällä tähän omakohtaisia kokemuksia koen saavani aiheeseen monta näkökulmaa ja näin ollen kattavan kokonaiskuvan. \n \nProsessin lopputuloksena on kokonaiskuva siitä, mitä kiertuemanagerin työnkuva pitää sisällään sekä mitä tarvitaan ja mihin tulee kiinnittää huomiota jotta kiertuemanageri voisi toimia sujuvasti Venäjällä.
