Abstract
Tämä opinnäytetyö on toteutettu toimeksiantona Suomen Kylmäyhdistys ry:lle, joka on kylmätekniikan parissa työskentelevien ihmisten muodostama yhdistys. Yhdistys on toiminut pitkään varsin perinteisillä tavoilla, mutta viime vuosina yhdistyksessä on herännyt tarve uudistaa toimintaa ja toimintatapoja. Työn tavoitteena on selvittää, mitä jäsenet yhdistykseltä odottavat ja tarvitsevat nyt ja tulevaisuudessa, jotta voidaan varmistaa, että yhdistys saa jatkossakin uusia jäseniä ja että jäsenet kokevat järjestön tarpeelliseksi. \n \n Teoriaosuudessa keskitytään palvelumuotoilun teorioihin sekä järjestöjen toimintaan. Opinnäytetyön tutkimusstrategiana on palvelumuotoilu, ja työssä sovelletaan Double Diamond -prosessimallia, joka on British Design Councilin kehittämä malli palvelumuotoilun prosessin määrittelyyn. \n \n Jäsenkysely toteutettiin verkkokyselynä Webropol-kyselytyökalun avulla, ja kysely lähetettiin 923 jäsenelle eli kaikille yhdistyksen jäsenille, joiden sähköpostiosoite on yhdistyksen tiedossa. Vastausaika oli 7.–26.5.2019. Kyselyyn saatiin määräajassa vastaukset 246 jäseneltä eli vastausprosentti oli 27 %. Tulosten analysoinnissa on käytetty Webropolin analysointityökaluja. \n \n Tulosten analysoinnissa ja saadun tiedon esittämisessä hyödynnettiin asiakasprofiileja. Vastauksia analysoidessa esiin nousi selkeästi kolme ryhmää: eläkeläiset, nuoret tiedonjanoiset ja konkarijäsenet. Kaiken kaikkiaan vastauksissa tulevat esiin selkeästi tietyt teemat: koulutus, tapahtumat, jäsenten tiedon tarve sekä yhdessäolo ja toiminnan sosiaalinen aspekti. Kylmäyhdistyksen jäsenkysely osoittaa, että Kylmäyhdistyksellä on paikkansa jäsenten keskuudessa: jäsenet kaipaavat sekä kylmäalan tietoa että muiden alalla toimivien tapaamista.
