Abstract
Mesleki yorgunluk işçilerde yaşam kalitesini düşürerek stres artışına, koroner kalp hastalığına, depresyona, tükenmişliğe ve uyku kalitesinin bozulmasına neden olan bir durumdur. Bu çalışmanın amacı vardiya usulü çalışan işçilerde mesleki yorgunluğu belirlemek için Mesleki Yorgunluk Tükenmişlik Toparlanma Ölçeği (MYTTÖ)’ nin Türkçe geçerlilik ve güvenirliğinin yapılması, mesleki yorgunluğun uyku kalitesi ve ağrı ile ilişkisinin belirlenmesi ve sağlık eğitiminin etkisinin değerlendirilmesidir. Çalışma, Ocak -Temmuz 2018 tarihleri arasında Şanlıurfa Organize Sanayi Bölgesi’nde 302 işçi ile mesleki yorgunluğu gidermeye yönelik uygulanan sağlık eğitiminin etkinliğinin değerlendirilmesi amacıyla metadolojik ve randomize kontrollü bir çalışma olarak yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada soru formu sosyo-demografik bilgi ve vardiya çalışmaları ile ilgili sorulardan oluşturulmuştur. Mesleği yorgunluğu ölçmek için The Occupational Fatigue Exhaustion Recovery Scale (OFER) ve Yorgunluk Şiddet Ölçeği (FSS), uyku kalitesini değerlendirmek için Pittsburg Uyku Kalitesi İndeksi (PUKİ) ve ağrıyı değerlendirmek için Kısa Form McGill Ağrı Anketi (SF-MPQ) kullanılmıştır. Çalışanların Mesleki Yorgunluk Tükenmişlik Toparlanma Ölçeği puan ortalamaları kronik yorgunluk 45.81 ± 31.15, akut yorgunluk 59.63 ± 23.48, toparlanma 52.18 ± 17.37 olarak bulunmuştur. İlk değerlendirmeden sonra randomize olarak 30 kişi eğitim grubu, 30 kişide kontrol grubu olarak belirlenmiştir. Eğitim grubuna sağlık eğitimi verilerek sekiz hafta sonra sonuçlar tekrar değerlendirilmiştir. Eğitim grubunda kronik yorgunluk ve akut yorgunluk alt boyutlarında anlamlı düzeyde azalma ve toparlanma alt boyutunda anlamlı düzeyde artma saptanmıştır (p<0.05). İşyeri sağlık hizmetleri sunumunda mesleki yorgunluğun belirlenmesi ve bu konuda sağlık eğitimlerinin planlanması ve uygulanması son derece önemlidir. Mesleki Yorgunluk Tükenmişlik Toparlanma Ölçeği’nin Türk toplumunda geçerli ve güvenilir bir araç olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
