La investigación tiene por objetivo describir y analizar las características que definen los estilos de liderazgo en los head prefects del colegio Santa Margarita, distrito de Santiago de Surco, Lima - Perú. Para ello, la recolección de datos se dio a través de una encuesta que permitirá conocer las opiniones del Cuerpo de prefects sobre el estilo de liderazgo que ejercen los Head Prefects sobre ellos y su vez, el estilo de liderazgo de Participación Estudiantil. Finalmente, se concluye que las características de liderazgo que predomina en el colegio son las planteadas en la hipótesis.
