Rsultats prliminairesDans le cadre de nos recherches sur la maladie de Parkinson, nous valuons l'effet d'un phytoestrogne neuroprotecteur, la Cucurbitacine E, sur la formation de vacuoles autophagiques dans un modle cellulaire de la maladie de Parkinson.Le mcanisme d'action par lequel la Cucurbitacine E exerce son effet protecteur tant encore inconnu, nous avanons l'hypothse qu'elle pourrait stimuler l'autophagie et ainsi attnuer les dgts oxydants du MPP+, une toxine couramment utilise afin d'induire la maladie de Parkinson.
